Senior Service Challenge
The SCC and the Center for Service and Civic Engagement wants to promote your stewardship of ODU while encouraging your volunteerism. There are many different ways to support a cause. Your gift is one, your time and energy is another. You are cordially invited to show how Monarchs support our community. Pledge your service during Senior Service Challenge week.

Date: January 29th to February 4th

Pledge Fulfillment Deadline: March 15th

What: During Senior Service Challenge week pledge online at the indicated link to perform 2 hours of community service and donate to the Senior Class Challenge a commemorative gift of $12 or more by March 15th.

  • Senior Service Challenge pin to wear with your cap and gown during gradation
  • Senior Class Challenge t-shirt
  • Recognition on Honor Roll
  • Chance to win free diploma frame ($100+ value)
  • Give more than $20.12 or more you will receive all the benefits that come at that giving level

Senior Basketball Night
Athletics will be holding its annual Senior Basketball Night. Come out to watch ODU face-off against Drexel. Stop by the SCC table for freebees and another chance to show your Monarch Pride.

Beer Tasting
With St. Patrick’s Day just two days away, join the Class of 2012 while we celebrate our pending graduation. You and your guests are cordially invited to the Senior Class Challenge Beer Tasting March 15th from 6pm to 8pm.

When: March 15th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm

Where: Baron and Ellin Gordon Art Museum
(across from ODU Police Station on Monarch Way)

Cost: $5 - RSVP by March 11th / $7 – At Door

    Restrictions: Must be 21 years old. Must bring license to Beer Tasting. All ODU senior tickets for $5 will be cross referenced with ODU’s senior registration database

Big Blue Picture Day
In a few short weeks you will be graduating. Commemorate your time at ODU with a picture with Big Blue. These are memories you won’t want to forget. This event is invite only when you give at least a gift of $20.12 to the Senior Class Challenge.

April 10 from 12:30pm to 1:30pm
April 12 from 12:30pm to 1:30pm

April 12th Rivers Rooms in Webb Center

Who:
Any 2012 gradate who gives a minimum commemorative gift of $20.12 to the Senior Class Challenge
